The off-price sector could see lower fourth-quarter sales and a tough fiscal 2018, according to Wells Fargo. Shares of off-price retailers were on a tear for much of 2017. Out of all the off-price retailers, TJX (the parent of TJ Maxx and Marshalls), is the most threatened by a slowdown because it has so many stores, Wells Fargo explained.
