DALLAS and CAESAREA, Israel, May 22, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Zion Oil & Gas, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZN) announces that Mr. Jeffrey Moskowitz has joined the company as its new VP and Israeli Branch General Manager, effective immediately. Victor G. Carrillo, Zion's CEO, states that, "We are very pleased to bring Jeffrey aboard as a fulltime employee to our team in Israel. For a decade, Jeffrey has been a trusted legal advisor to us so it is my pleasure to name him as our new Vice President and Israeli Branch Manager to help guide and oversee Zion's in-country operations."
