I estimate that these assets would have generated $12 million in 2024 free cash flow, while Sitio saves $10 million in interest costs from debt paydown. Sitio may now end 2024 with only $115 million in credit facility debt if it sticks with a 65% payout ratio during the year. The interest savings from paying down part of its credit facility from the proceeds from the divestiture should be close to the free cash flow from those assets.
