STRATEGIC EDUCATION CONSOLIDATED RESULTS Three Months Ended September 30 Revenue increased 4.6% to $319.9 million compared to $306.0 million for the same period in 2024, driven by strength within the Education Technology Services segment. Revenue on a constant currency basis, which is a non-GAAP financial measure, increased 5.1% to $321.7 million in the third quarter of 2025 compared to $306.0 million for the same period in 2024.
