Fourth Quarter Results: Please note that in the fourth quarter of 2024, the deconsolidation of our RHB joint venture resulted in a change in our accounting of the joint venture such that revenue and backlog are no longer included in our consolidated results. Please see the "Historical Quarterly Backlog Information" section below for reconciliations to historical figures. Additionally, the deconsolidation of RHB in the fourth quarter of 2024 resulted in a one-time pre-tax gain of $91 million, or $2.18 per fully diluted share post-tax, in the period. Please see the GAAP to non-GAAP reconciliations included with this press release that adjust for this and other items. Revenues of $755.6 million. Revenues increased 51% on a GAAP basis.
