(Nasdaq: HSON and HSONP), a diversified holding company, announced today financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. 2025 Third Quarter Summary Revenue of $48.0 million increased 30.1% from the third quarter of 2024.Gross profit $20.6 million increased 10.9% from the third quarter of 2024.Net loss was $1.8 million, or $0.54 per diluted share, compared to net loss of $0.8 million, or $0.28 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2024. Adjusted net income per diluted share (non-GAAP measure)* was $0.02 compared to adjusted net loss per diluted share of $0.13 in the third quarter of 2024.
