Star Buffet to acquire Montana RestaurantStar Buffet (OTCPK:STRZ) to acquire the Frosty Freez family restaurant in Big Timber, Montana for an undisclosed term.The restaurant will become part of Star Buffet’s wholly-owned 4B’s Holdings, Inc. subsidiary.4B’s plans to keep the Frosty Freez name, the menu offering and hours of operation will be expanded.Commenting on the announcement, Robert E. Wheaton, Star Buffet’s President stated, “This proposed transaction is consistent with the Company’s strategy of growing its businesses through the acquisition of well-managed, regionally recognized brands.
