The hedge fund, founded by legendary investor Ray Dalio and now led by Chief Executive Nir Bar Dea, outperformed the S&P 500, which rose 16.97% during the same period, according to a Reuters report on Wednesday. Bridgewater's other funds also delivered strong results, with the All Weather fund rising 20.4%, while its Asia Total Return fund surged 36.9% and the China Total Return fund jumped 34.2%, the report said. The firm, which managed approximately $92 billion in assets as of September 30, has expanded its investment strategies in recent years. Its AIA Macro fund, which uses artificial intelligence to make investment decisions, delivered an 11.9% return during the same period. Bridgewater has also launched an exchange-traded fund in partnership with State Street Global Advisors as part of its new strategic initiatives.
