Southfield, MI, Feb. 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sun Communities, Inc. (NYSE: SUI) (the “Company”), a real estate investment trust (“REIT”) that owns and operates, or has an interest in, manufactured housing (“MH”) and recreational vehicle (“RV”) communities, today announced that its Board of Directors approved an increase in its quarterly distribution rate to $1.12 per common share and unit, representing an increase of $0.08 per share, or approximately 8%, over the prior quarterly rate of $1.04 per common share and unit. The new quarterly rate equates to an annual distribution rate of $4.48 per common share and unit and is expected to commence with the first quarter distribution expected to be paid in April 2026. While the Board of Directors has adopted the new annual distribution policy, the amount of each quarterly distribution on the Company's common stock will be subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
