SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Silvaco Group, Inc. (“Silvaco”), a provider of TCAD, EDA software, and SIP solutions that enable semiconductor design and AI through software and innovation, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $19.00 per share. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Silvaco. The aggregate gross proceeds to Silvaco from the offering are expected to be $114.0 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Silvaco. Silvaco’s common stock is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on May 9, 2024 under the ticker symbol “SVCO.” The offering is expected to close on May 13, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
