Silvercorp surged to a new all-time high on Friday, as investor optimism was fueled by strong preliminary earnings results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026. The stock finished the day higher by 10.88 percent at $11.31 apiece following six straight days of gains. Photo from Pixabay/Pexels In a statement, Silvercorp Metals Inc. (NYSEAMERICAN:SVM) said that revenues in the third quarter jumped by 51 percent to $126.1 million from $83.6 million in the same period last year on the back of higher silver prices during the period, which offset a 4 percent decrease in silver production. Silver production ended at 1.9 million ounces, lower than the 1.946 million ounces in the same period last year, while silver equivalent decreased by 5 percent to 2 million ounces from 2.1 million ounces previously.
