The update comes after the Laval, Que.-based company pulled its proposal to buy the parent company of rival 7-Eleven in July of last year after courting Seven & i Holdings Co. Ltd. for nearly a year. Couche-Tard said its long-term outlook for the end of the 2026 fiscal year to the 2030 fiscal year, included a compound annual growth rate for merchandise and service revenues of four to five per cent. It is also expecting to have a compound annual growth rate for adjusted profit of six to eight per cent over that period. The Circle K owner also says it is expecting free cash flow for fiscal 2026 to exceed US$2.5 billion.
