DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, April 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Swvl Holdings Corp (“Swvl” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: SWVL), a leading provider of technology-enabled mass mobility solutions for enterprises and governments, today announced that it has received a letter from the staff (the “Staff”) of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) informing the Company that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rules 5550(b)(1) and 5550(b)(3), which require the Company to maintain a minimum stockholders’ equity of $2.5 million (the “Equity Standard”) and net income of $500,000 from continuing operations (the “Net Income Standard”), respectively. As previously announced, on October 31, 2025, the Company received a notice from Nasdaq advising the Company that it was not in compliance with Rule 5550(b)(2), requiring companies listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market to maintain a minimum market value of publicly held shares of $35 million, nor it was in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule
