(NYSE: SXC) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.12 per share of the Company’s common stock to be paid on December 1, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2025.ABOUT SUNCOKE ENERGY, INC.SunCoke Energy, Inc.
