HAMILTON, Bermuda, Jan. 13, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Syncora Holdings Ltd. (“Syncora” or “Company”) today announced that it will be holding a special general meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 9 am ET (the “Special General Meeting”). The meeting will be held at the offices of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, 919 Third Avenue, New York, NY. The record date for determining shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Special General Meeting will be the close of business on January 16, 2020. A proxy statement containing additional information regarding the Special General Meeting, the plan of liquidation and certain U.S. federal income tax considerations for U.S. shareholders will be sent to shareholders in advance of the Special General Meeting.
