First the bad news:AT&T Inc’sRevenue dropped 4.5 percent, reversing a trend of quarterly increases. Entertainment group sales and EBITDA fell 7.2 percent and 6.3 percent, respectively, spurred by 22.8 percent lower cash flow from the Warner unit.Latin America EBITDA sank 26.8 percent, in large part due to $300 million in foreign currency losses. Advertising revenue dropped 13 percent. And equipment sales in March plummeted 25 percent from the year ago month, due to record low wireless phone upgrades.AT&T’s pay television unit lost another 897,000 customers.
