Good morning to all participants on today's call, and thank you for your continued interest in Universal Health Services, Inc. The first quarter of 2026 featured significant acceleration in our behavioral health outpatient strategy with the announcement of the Talkspace acquisition and continued steady operating performance and cash flow generation in our core operations in the midst of more challenging seasonal volume trends. Revenue growth for the first quarter was 9.6%. Adjusted EBITDA, net of NCI, increased 8.4% and adjusted EPS increased 16.1% as compared to the first quarter of 2025. These results highlight the adaptability and financial discipline of our leadership teams and the benefits of our efficiency initiatives which are driven by technology adoption and operational excellence.
