GOLDEN, Colo. & MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Molson Coors Beverage Company (“Molson Coors”) (NYSE: TAP; TSX: TPX) and HEXO Corp (“HEXO”)(TSX: HEXO; NYSE: HEXO) have formed a joint venture to explore opportunities for non-alcohol hemp-derived CBD beverages in Colorado.
