(Nasdaq: TASK) (“TaskUs” or the “Company”), a leading provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to the world’s most innovative companies, recently announced that its Board of Directors had declared the payment of a special cash dividend to its common stockholders of $3.65 per share to be paid on or about March 25, 2026.In accordance with Nasdaq rules, because the special dividend amount is more than 25% of the current market price of TaskUs common stock, Nasdaq has set the ex-dividend date as March 26, 2026, the first business day following the special dividend payment date.
