The bank reported solid Q4 and full-year metrics—Q4 EPS of (11% YoY), Q4 GDV +16% YoY and FY fee growth +21%—alongside improving credit and profitability: criticized assets fell to $194 million (down 28% QoQ), delinquencies were 1.6%, and ROE was 30.4% in the quarter (28.9% for the year). Management guided to $5.90 EPS for 2026 (Q4-26 target $1.75) and $8.25 EPS for 2027 , plans $200 million of buybacks in 2026 after repurchasing $375 million in FY2025, and expects NIM to compress toward ~4% as fee income rises to about 35% of revenue.
