Highlights The Bancorp reported net income of $57.2 million, or $1.19 per diluted share ("EPS"), for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, compared to net income of $56.4 million, or $1.06 per diluted share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2024, or an EPS increase of 12%. While net income increased 1% between these periods, outstanding shares were reduced as a result of increased repurchases that occurred during 2024. Return on assets and return on equity for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, amounted to 2.5% and 29%, respectively, compared to 3.0% and 28%, respectively, for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 (all percentages "annualized"). Net interest income decreased 3% to $91.7 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, compared to $94.4 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2024.
