HighlightsTamboran Resources today priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of 2,956,602 shares of Common Stock at a price to the public of US$35.00. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 443,491 shares of our Common Stock.The gross proceeds from the underwritten offering are expected to be US$103.5 million, exclusive of any proceeds that may be received in connection with the exercise of the underwriter’s option to purchase additional shares. The net proceeds of the Offerings will be applied to fund the additional drilling in the Pilot Area, resource delineation in the Orion Acreage and the Beetaloo Central Development Area, drilling in the EP 161 acreage, working capital and other general corporate purposes.The offering is expected to close on April 9, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers of the underwritte
