(the "Company") (NASDAQ: TCBX) announced today that its board of directors has approved the transfer of the listing of its common stock to the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") from the Nasdaq Global Select Market ("Nasdaq"). The Company's transfer includes a dual listing on NYSE Texas. Third Coast's common stock is expected to begin trading on the NYSE on Monday, October 6, 2025 and will continue to be traded under its current ticker symbol "TCBX" after the transfer.
