Farallon's views on the formulation of the next Group Long-Term Vision of T&D Holdings, Inc. ("T&D HD" or the "Company"). Farallon first became a shareholder of T&D HD in 2008 and has continued to engage constructively with T&D HD management and Board of Directors. T&D HD has announced plans to release its next Group Long-Term Vision in April 2026. In light of this, Farallon has requested that the Company accelerates its transformation by pursuing bold reforms to enhance corporate value and by further developing "EV-based management" as a core framework for capital allocation. In October 2025, Farallon sent T&D HD the previously published shareholder Perception Study results, as well as the Presentation released today Given that the next Group Long-Term Vision will serve as a strategic roadmap for T&D HD's management policy for the next five years, Farallon believes it is important to publish the Presentation at this time.
