$850 million of acquisitions and repurchased $400 million of stock in Q4, ending the year with ~1.4x leverage. Defense and unmanned strength with mixed commercial trends: Aerospace & Defense Electronics sales rose 40.4% (aided by Qioptiq and Micropac), combined unmanned businesses produced ~$500 million in 2025 and are expected to grow ~10% in 2026 to ~ $550 million, while digital imaging margins reached a record 24.7% amid softer pockets in some commercial short-cycle products. 2026 guidance and growth mix: Management guided 2026 revenue of about $6.37 billion and non-GAAP EPS near $23.65, saying they are reasonably confident with ~3.6% expected organic growth and ~4.2% from acquisitions and normal seasonality expected.
