AUSTIN, Texas and NEW YORK, April 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- T1 Energy Inc. (NYSE: TE) ( “T1,” “T1 Energy,” or the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of $160.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.00% convertible senior notes due 2031 (the “Convertible Notes” and such offering, the “Offering”). The Offering was upsized from the previously announced $125.0 million aggregate principal amount of Convertible Notes. The Company estimates that the net proceeds from the Offering will be approximately $151.6 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and the Company’s estimated offering expenses. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $24.0 million aggregate principal amount of Convertible Notes, solely to cover over-allotments. The Offering is expected to close on April 17, 2026, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
