"Looking ahead to FY25, mid-to-high SD sales growth seems to be a reasonable starting point coupled with 150-200bps of EBITDA margin expansion, which we think could be a bit higher if the benefits of the cost reduction effort materialize sooner," said Wolfe analysts. The financial services firm added that a roadmap for FY25 FCF leads to a positive number with ~$190-200M of EBITDA less ~$100M of interest, $25M of capex, $20M of pension contributions, and $6-8M of taxes netting to ~+$45M before considering any working capital effects. Wolfe said that TGI's Interiors and Geared Solutions segments are still in recovery, while Systems Electronics and Controls, and Actuation Products and Services segments are driving the earnings.
