DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) today announced the pricing of the previously announced private placement offering and has agreed to issue and sell $1.5 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior secured first lien notes due on November 15, 2032, which will bear interest at a rate of 5.500% per annum (the “first lien notes”), and $0.75 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due November 15, 2033, which will bear interest at a rate of 6.000% per annum (the “senior notes” and together with the first lien notes, the “notes”). The aggregate principal amount of senior notes to be issued in the offering was increased to $0.75 billion from the previously announced amount of $0.5 billion.
