THOMASVILLE, Ga., April 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Thomasville Bancshares, Inc. (OTCID: THVB), the parent company of Thomasville National Bank and TNB Financial Services, reported its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. The company also announced its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $1.50 per share. The dividend will be paid on July 2, 2026, to shareholders of record as of June 12, 2026. In addition, the company announced its board of directors has authorized the company to repurchase up to $5 million of its outstanding common stock. First-Quarter 2026 Highlights Net Income for the quarter of $12,413,453 compared to $10,503,378 for the same period last year, an increase of 18%.Earnings per share for the quarter were $1.96 (basic) and $1.86 (diluted).Pre-tax pre-provision income of $16.9 million, an increase of $2.4 million, or 16%, compared to the same period in 2025.Return on Average Assets of 2.44% and Return on Average Tangible Equity o
