(NASDAQ:TIPT) (“Tiptree” or the “Company”), today announced its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2025.The Company commented, "In late 2025, we agreed to sell Fortegra and Reliance First Capital, transactions expected to result in pro-forma book value of approximately $923 million, or $24.40 per share.
