(“ISS”), the leading independent proxy advisory firm, has recommended that Tiptree stockholders vote “FOR” the approval of the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Merger Agreement”) by and among Tiptree, The Fortegra Group, Inc. (“Fortegra”) and DB Insurance Co., Ltd.
