A new Marshalls store could soon be opening near you. TJX, which also oversees T.J. Maxx , HomeGoods, Sierra and HomeSense stores, touts itself as an "off-price retailer of apparel and home fashions." According to its website, the company was founded in 1976 and operates over 5,200 stores in nine countries across three continents. The company said in its fourth-quarter earnings report that it currently owns and operates over 1,250 Marshalls stores. Marshalls is opening four stores across four different states in late April, according to its website. In 2024, CEO Ernie Herrman said the company's goal was to open at least 1,300 additional locations across TJX's store portfolio. Where are new Marshalls stores set to open?
