Teligent: 100% Upside Based On Revised SOTP With Several Near-Term Catalysts Summary On Oct 1st, TLGT announced receiving unsolicited outside interest in acquiring certain non-core assets. As a result, it hired SVB Leerink to help evaluate offers. On Oct 29th, the company announced the submission of its first injectable filing at their new facility, triggering a pre-approval inspection of the facility. On Oct 30th, TLGT announced pricing $34.4M in new debt with proceeds being used to extinguish the December 2019 note and other working capital purposes. We discuss a sum-of-the-parts valuation of TLGT and argue shares are worth at least a $1.30 in a break up scenario after repaying debt. The recent FDA guidance regarding easing drug shortages fits so well with TLGT’s strategy that it looks like they collaborated with the company’s marketing team.
