PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News:The Board of Directors of Teleperformance SE (Paris:TEP), meeting today under the chairmanship of Mr. Moulay Hafid Elalamy, has decided to convene the Company’s Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on May 21, 2026.At this meeting, shareholders will be asked in particular to approve:the parent company and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2025,a gross dividend per share of €4.50 (compared with €4.20 last year),the compensation of the Company’s executive officers.Resolutions relating to the composition of the Board of directors will also be submitted to the shareholder vote during this Meeting:the ratification and renewal of the terms of office as Directors of Sheikha Hanadi bint Nasser Al Thani, Ingrid Johnson and Thomas Mackenbrock, all three having been co-opted by the Board of Directors, with effect from February 26, 2026;the ratification of the cooptation as a Director of Jorge Amar by
