Corporation (MFTBC), has launched operations under the Archion Group structure, bringing both businesses together within a single organisation. The company also began trading on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market on 1 April 2026, following regulatory clearance. The listing follows regulatory clearance, with MFTBC stating last month that Japan's Fair Trade Commission had approved the merger with Hino Motors under the Anti-Monopoly Act. As part of previously announced integration measures in October 2025, the companies streamlined their domestic production network in Japan, reducing the number of truck manufacturing sites from five to three. Production is now concentrated at the Kawasaki Plant in Kanagawa Prefecture, the Koga Plant in Ibaraki Prefecture, and the Nitta Plant in Gunma Prefecture. Alongside the launch, Archion outlined its leadership structure effective from 1 April 2026. Karl Deppen has taken on the role of President and CEO, with Hetal Laligi appointed CFO
