Notably, the Federal Reserve's two-day monetary policy meeting kicks off today. Here are some stocks to watch on Tuesday: Nvidia ( NVDA ) stock was among the most actively traded ahead of the opening bell, slipping nearly 2% . The chip giant kicked off its annual GTC conference over the weekend with a slew of announcements from top boss Jensen Huang's keynote address, among which was the introduction of the company's new Blackwell graphics processing unit (GPU) platform. Named after mathematician David Blackwell, the new platform contains the B100 and B200 GPUs, which are twice the size of Nvidia's ( NVDA ) H100 chips. However, some analysts said that investors had already factored in the first look of the Blackwell chip, and were waiting for more details. It is also worth noting Nvidia ( NVDA ) stock's stunning rally and extremely high expectations going into the GTC conference.
