Over the years, Trump has famously said fast food and snacking are part of his regimen. In a February 2016 story with CNN's Anderson Cooper , Trump gushed about a McDonald's staple: "The Quarter Pounder. It's great stuff," he said. The president also famously served McDonald's to the 2018 College Football Playoff National Champion Clemson Tigers during their White House visit. Then, while on the campaign trail in 2024, Trump "worked" at a McDonald's fry station in Bucks County, just outside Philadelphia. In a video, Trump was seen at the drive-thru window handing out bags and waving at the crowd, stating he was "having a lot of fun." On Wednesday, Trump plans to make two stops across Greater Cincinnati. He is scheduled to visit Thermo Fisher Scientific in Reading, Ohio, as well as Verst Logistics Contract Packaging Facility, a logistics and packaging facility in Hebron, Kentucky.
