ITHACA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tompkins Financial Corporation (NYSE American: TMP)Tompkins Financial Corporation ("Tompkins" or the "Company") reported diluted earnings per share of $1.65 for the third quarter of 2025, up 10.0% from the immediate prior quarter, and up 26.9% from the diluted earnings per share of $1.30 reported for the third quarter of 2024. Net income for the third quarter of 2025 was $23.7 million, up $2.2 million, or 10.3%, compared to the second quarter of 2025, and up $5.0 million, or 27.0%, when compared to the third quarter of 2024.For the nine months ended September 30, 2025, diluted earnings per share were $4.52, up 25.9% from the $3.59 reported for the nine months ended September 30, 2024.
