The leading homebuilder is expected to announce its fiscal fourth-quarter earnings for 2025 before the market opens on Tuesday, Oct. 28. Ahead of the event, analysts expect DHI to report a profit of $3.29 per share on a diluted basis, down 16.1% from $3.92 per share in the year-ago quarter. The company beat the consensus estimates in two of the last four quarters while missing the forecast on two other occasions.
