BOSTON, April 30, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- resTORbio, Inc. (Nasdaq: TORC) today announced that due to the public health impact of the coronavirus pandemic and to prioritize the health and well-being of its employees, stockholders, and other meeting participants, the company has changed the date and format of its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The Annual Meeting will now be held at 1:00 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 by means of a virtual meeting format only instead of the date and location previously disclosed in resTORbio’s proxy materials filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 27, 2020. Shareholders will not be able to attend the 2020 annual meeting in person. Shareholders at the close of business on the record date, March 16, 2020, are entitled to attend the 2020 annual meeting.
