LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tutor Perini Corporation (the “Company”) (NYSE: TPC), a leading civil, building and specialty construction company, announced today that, in light of the Company’s strong third quarter and year-to-date 2025 results, which included record year-to-date operating cash flow of $574.4 million, of which $289.1 million was in the third quarter alone, and record backlog of $21.6 billion, the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share and authorized a share repurchase program totaling $200 million.Gary Smalley, Chief Executive Officer and President, said, “Our business is performing exceptionally well this year, and we recently increased our 2025 earnings guidance for the third consecutive quarter.
