LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC) (the “Company”), a leading civil, building and specialty construction company, announced today that its Florida subsidiary, Nagelbush Mechanical (“Nagelbush”), has been awarded several new mechanical services projects in south Florida collectively valued at $154.6 million. The four most recent projects include the installation of new mechanical and/or plumbing systems at the Bentley Residences, a 62-story 213-unit luxury condominium development in Sunny Isles, Florida; the residences at 1428 Brickell Avenue, a 72-story 189-unit luxury condominium development in Miami; JEM Miami Worldcenter, a 61-story development that will feature 530 rental apartments and 259 condominium units; and Namdar Tower 2, a 42-story 712-unit rental apartment building, also in Miami.
