Milestone sale in Newcastle reflects a continuous presence, from Quadrant Homes in 1969 to Tri Pointe Homes today BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tri Pointe Homes® has sold its 20,000th home in Washington State, marking an achievement in a Pacific Northwest homebuilding legacy that began in 1969 and spans the company’s Quadrant Homes® era under Weyerhaeuser. The milestone sale took place at Alterra in Newcastle, Wash., with returning Tri Pointe customers who previously purchased a home in the company’s Aldea community in 2020. Their purchase offers a current-day example of the longstanding relationships that have helped define the company’s presence in the Puget Sound area.The builder’s 57 years of experience in the region includes over four decades as Quadrant Homes, a respected name in regional homebuilding.
