(the “Company”) (NYSE:TPH) today announced results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. Results and Operational Data for Third Quarter 2025 and Comparisons to Third Quarter 2024 Net income available to common stockholders was $56.1 million, or $0.64 per diluted share, compared to $111.8 million, or $1.18 per diluted share.
