("Tapimmune" or the "Company") (NasdaqCM: TPIV) relating to the sale of the Company to a group of institutional investors. Pursuant to the Securities Purchase Agreements, the Purchasers have agreed to purchase 17,500,000 shares of the Company's common stock, par value $0.001, at $4.00 per share, for gross offering proceeds of $70 million.
