MENLO PARK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC Corp. (NYSE: TPVG) (the “Company,” “TPVG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a leading financing provider to venture growth stage companies backed by a select group of venture capital firms in technology and other high growth industries, today announced that on November 25, 2025, it entered into an amendment to its revolving credit facility (“Credit Facility”) that, among other things, extends the revolving period to November 30, 2027 and the scheduled maturity date to May 30, 2029, and provides improved terms, including, but not limited to, a reduced spread on borrowings and higher advance rates on assets pledged to the borrowing base.
