Third quarter 2025 net income attributable to Targa Resources Corp. was $478.4 million compared to $387.4 million for the third quarter of 2024. The Company reported adjusted earnings before interest, income taxes, depreciation and amortization, and other non-cash items (“adjusted EBITDA”)(1) of $1,274.8 million for the third quarter of 2025 compared to $1,069.7 million for the third quarter of 2024.
