BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE:TRNO), an acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets, acquired an industrial property located in College Point, Queens, New York on February 18, 2026 for a purchase price of approximately $92.0 million.The property consists of a cross-dock industrial distribution building containing approximately 81,000 square feet with an additional two floors of indoor parking on 4.0 acres. The property is at 28-10 Whitestone Expressway, immediately adjacent to the Whitestone Expressway, approximately 1 mile from the Van Wyck Expressway and Grand Central Parkway and approximately 3 miles east of LaGuardia airport.
