The maker of titanium dioxide pigment said that with its 2022 investor day event Thursday, it increased the bottom-end of the range for its full-year 2022 financial outlook. The company guided for full-year adjusted earnings per share of $3.15 to $3.59. The company in its quarterly earnings release from late April had affirmed an outlook for adjusted EPS of $3.08 to $3.59. New guidance for adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization is $1.075 billion to $1.125 billion, from prior guidance of $1.025 billion to $1.125 billion, the company said. Tronox set 2025 financial goals of adjusted Ebitda of $1.3 billion to $1.5 billion, with margins of 30% or greater, free cash flow of $750 million to $850 million or more and gross debt of less than $2 billion by year end 2025 and a net leverage ratio of 1 times to 1.5 times.
