(NYSE: TRTX) (“TRTX” or the “Company”) reported its operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026.Regarding first quarter results, Doug Bouquard, Chief Executive Officer of TRTX, said: “During the first quarter of 2026, we out-earned our common stock dividend and maintained a 100% performing loan portfolio. Currently, our total office loan exposure has been reduced to less than 5%, and nearly 70% of our loan portfolio consists of newer vintage originations made after January 2023 secured primarily by multifamily and industrial collateral.
